Czar Haus offers over 2000′ feet of frontage on a stocked trout stream. You can take a dip in the stream to cool off, the kids can stay in all day. We are located less than 3 miles from the mountain village of Helvetia, come for Fasnacht, the Ramp Festival, or the Hutte’s down-home, world famous cooking.

Beech Mountain Hunting Club is only a mile down-river. It’s 6 miles from Pickens and the Maple Syrup Festival, 8 miles from Kumbrabow State Forest, 20 miles from Holly River State Park and about an hour from Snowshoe Resort.

If off-road is your flavor Czar Haus is located at a cross roads. You’ll arrive on a state maintained two lane highway but you can explore on dirt in every direction. Palace Valley, Selbyvillle, Alton, Pickens, Brooks Hill, Holly River State Park are just a few of the places you can get to on dirt roads. But you don’t have to be “going” anywhere. There are hundreds of miles of dirt roads to explore right from Czar Haus. See the mountains, fish in a dozen rivers, fairs, festivals, there is no end to what you can do once you leave the pavement behind.

Sometimes it’s nice to completely get away and sometimes it’s just not possible. Czar Haus has high-speed wireless internet available, if you have to check email, use a VPN to check in at the office or just want to watch a movie on Netflix or Hulu after a hard day of play.
